A blueprint for ongoing strategy

Purposefully designed as a consulting tool to gather data and insights, the BALANCE Blueprint is customisable and well suited as a vehicle for a pilot program. 

Setup as an intensive 12 week program the key intention is to gather valuable insights that can be used to design meaningful ongoing strategy that fit with individual preferences and company culture. The Blueprint program is an ideal design for customer contact centres, retail and blue collar divisions of the workforce.

Combining data and insights with information collected by your organisation we measure the success of your program focussing on key business outcomes such as absenteeism, engagement, productivity and attrition. Previous Blueprint programs have delivered a high return on investment with 85% engagement, up to 51% decrease in attrition and a 30% decrease in absenteeism.  This information provides the foundation for future strategy to be set and creates a business case that demonstrates measuable ROI. 

The program utilises the unique position of managers as workplace influencers and includes a password protected Manager Hub housing engagement toolkits, resources and support, with bespoke manager capability training options available.

The success of a workplace health and wellbeing program starts with user engagement. To address this critical component we have designed a range of tools specifically with engagement in mind.

The Rule of Seven is an old marketing adage. It says that a prospect needs to see or hear your marketing message at least seven times before they take action and buy from you.

Taking the rule of seven we influence employee behaviour around health and wellbeing by using a variety of touchpoints, delivered through multiple channels to get our messages across. Our engagement strategy adopts tools such as persona types and journey maps to ensure the program is relevant to individual interests and needs. This approach also enables us to gather rich data and insights ensuring work effort in the wellbeing area is aligned to your organisations mission and culture.
