Accessibility Solutions
In our ongoing commitment to help as many of our members as possible, including those with disabilities. We have outlined some ways below that you can improve accessibility if you have a visual impairment.
Website users can control the text size of each page with their Internet browser. On a PC, holding the CTRL key while pressing the plus key will increase text size, and holding the CTRL key while pressing the minus key will decrease text size. On a mac To enlarge the entire page, choose View > Zoom In, or press Command (⌘)-Plus (+). To enlarge only the text, choose View > Zoom Text Only, and then choose View > Zoom In.
"Read more” links will take users past repetitive navigation elements and directly to the main content on the page.
People with visual impairments may contact Customer Service Team so that they can either have certain documents read to them in person or be provided with requested material in an accessible PDF format, Braille or Large Print.
If using a mac change your settings in Safari to use VoiceOver.
If you are using Safari on an apple mac, we recommend that you adjust your Safari preferences to use tab navigation. To do so, go to the Safari Menu and click on "Preferences". Go to the "Advanced" tab and select the checkbox "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage".
Balance2life has been designed so that it is simple, intuitive, and easy to use which assists all of our members’ user experience including those with a disability.
