Getting Started

To access balance2life website

  • Go to
  • NEW USERS: click the “join now” link at the top right of the page under the Member login box.
  • This will take you to a page where you need to complete the basic fields denoted by an asterisk. Other fields can be completed at your leisure. These additional fields are necessary to complete should you wish to customise the balance2life website and material you receive from balance2life to your needs. 
  • Your work email will work as your login and a temporary password will be emailed to you that can be rest when you log in for the first time. If you do not receive this email, first make sure it hasn’t gone in with your junk email. If it hasn’t you can try registering again just in case you entered your email address incorrectly. If this fails contact one of our friendly customer service consultants and they will get you up and running. 
  • Once you have completed the mandatory fields required at the joining stage you can log in and start using the balance2life services. 
  • There is a video tutorial on the main public website. If you go to how it works you will see a set of video tutorials on how to use the different services. 
  • On signing up your company will receive several tutorial webinars for members to learn how to use the services and get the most out of each of the programs. Tutorial times and information will be posted on the home page main banner when you log into balance2life. 

For existing members, you log into your account via and click on member log in at the top right-hand corner of the page. We recommend bookmarking this page to make logging in even quicker and easier.
